Programmed dose
The right amount for each point, at the right interval, in small and frequent doses.

The automatic oil dispenser that applies the programmed dose at each point, a little and often, with the machine running. And it reports what it did: the reservoir level and every shot appear on the platform, with an e-mail and WhatsApp alert before the lubricant runs out. Design, firmware and manufacturing by Data Frontier, in Brazil.
The lubricator is mounted at the point, with dose and interval set from the bearing manufacturer’s recommendation.
With the machine running, it applies the programmed dose at the programmed interval, with nobody climbing up to the point.
Every shot and the reservoir level go up through our gateway to the platform.
A low reservoir or a point that has stopped dispensing becomes a notice for maintenance.
An ordinary lubricator works out of sight and stops silently when it runs dry. This one reports what it did.
The right amount for each point, at the right interval, in small and frequent doses.
How much is left at each point and when it will run out, so the refill goes on the route in time.
Each dose recorded with its time: lubrication you can prove in an audit.
An e-mail and WhatsApp notice when the reservoir runs low or the point stops dispensing.
Points that are high, cramped or near moving parts drop off the manual route.
On the same dashboard as the bearing’s vibration sensor: you see the dose and its effect.

Where it says on request, the value depends on the model and comes in the data sheet that accompanies the proposal. We would rather do that than publish a number we cannot guarantee for your application.
Fans, pumps, gearboxes and conveyors that run all day.
Bearings that are high up, behind guards or near moving parts.
Mining, cement and agro-industry, where every time the point is opened, dust gets in.
Designed, built and supported by the same team.
The board, the firmware, the integration and the platform are Data Frontier’s, engineered and built in Brazil. When something fails, the people who designed it are the ones who answer, with no outside supplier pointing at someone else. About the company.
We call it an oil dispenser, and the lubricant each model accepts is in the data sheet that comes with the proposal. The site survey checks the lubricant at each point.
Sizing starts from the bearing manufacturer’s recommendation, taking speed, size, temperature and contamination into account, and is reviewed when vibration and temperature call for it.
Every shot appears on the dashboard with its time, and the level shows consumption. A point that has stopped dispensing becomes an alert.
It talks to our gateway, which connects over the cellular network or the plant network. Where there is no network, the DG satellite network delivers the events within minutes.
An engineer replies, not a bot. Your current lubrication plan, if you have one, is the best starting point.
